It takes many people to run a successful event, some help is needed leading up to the event and much help is needed the day of the event. Without the help of volunteers, there is no tournament. We are very lucky to have had great people help us in the past, but we could always use more help in the future.
All volunteers are required to pay for a "Dinner Only" ticket if they are going to be there for the diner portion of the event. We do apologize for this, but as many as 20-30 volunteers are needed for the day of the event and we cannot take that money away from our charitable proceeds.
